Skyway Heights, developed during the 1990's, is located on the west side of Colorado Springs. It is south of Garden of the Gods and north of the Broadmoor area with close proximity to Bear Creek and Cheyenne Mountain Parks.

There are about 100 lots in the Skyway Heights subdivision and most lots have existing houses. Many houses have mountain views, city views or sometimes both. This neighborhood is a covenants protected community with an active neighborhood watch program. Getting to know your neighbors is a great way to make new friends.

SHPOA is the homeowners association (HOA). The HOA fees ($36 monthly per house) cover maintenance costs for the Skyway Heights private streets and common areas. Maintenance includes snow removal, mowing common areas, and road repair. The board meets monthly.
